And a good day to you Sir! It has been a good Tuesday my friends, I hope you all have had a good day as well. Right now I’m watching Gary Vaynerchuk live on Ustream as he is taping some new episodes of WLTV, please do yourself a huge favor and check it out at tv.winelibrary.com, if you are a wine fan at all you will enjoy this. Its a great way to learn about wine, and its a blast, the guy rocks. Gotta turn it off for now though as I’ll never get through this blog.

Well today’s excitement really started yesterday afternoon when I got a call from a potential customer saying they were very interested in our product. So I went in and introduced myself today and gave them the information they were looking for. I’m not saying its a done deal yet but it really looks good and that would be awesome. It would be my first big sale and if it goes well there is a good chance many others will start to do it. So that led to a few other meetings that I’ve now got lined up the rest of the week. Dad is coming down tomorrow to go meet with some other people, then our product specialist is coming Thursday to go meet with the guys from today again. I’m pumped and just getting started.

So afterwards I went and had some delicious White Castle, sometimes a slider just hits the spot, and I tell you what, their chicken breast sandwhich is delicious, nice and crispy with a slice of cheese on top, tasty. When I got home got an unexpected phone call from Nate who was in town at Jen’s so I went and met up with them for a mojito at the pool, and now I’m back here. Jen, Nate, Shelby, and Adam are coming over a bit later for some drinks and a late dinner hopefully. Should be a freaking awesome night too.

What I’m really excited about is that I’m tivo’ing the comedy central roast of Bob Saget. I plan on laughing my ass off for a good hour later tonight when the night starts to settle down a little bit. I love watching these roasts, I’ve heard some stuff that Saget took some of the stuff personal which I’m sure everybody who gets roasted does, but come on, your Bob F’ing Saget, you’re one of the dirtiest comics out there, take a joke man, still love his stuff. How many of you saw the roast of Flavor Flav, that was some good shit. When Jimmy Kimmel got up there and made the comments about his ladies I lost it, and still do when I think about it.

So I was thinking about adding some new content to the site, I have no idea if I’ll actually go through with it and it may be a bit before I get to it, but I was contemplating adding some sort of short pod cast to go up maybe every week or two. Something short, maybe a 15-20 min show to sit down with somebody and just talk about whats going on in the world and what may be on our minds. Kinda got this idea from my favorite podcast out there, The Matt Dahl Show, check it out if you get a chance at www.mattdahl.com, freaking awesome and hilarious. Anyways it wouldn’t be near the production quality of something like that, but just something to do with some free time I may have. Another idea I was having to make this more interactive would be to just write about a topic that somebody may leave as a comment. So if some of you lurkers get your act together and leave a comment to let me know that your reading this and in that comment leave some sort of topic, I’ll give you my take on it. Could be fun, give me your best shot. One last thing, leave a comment and answer this question.

If you were a closer in baseball, what would be your song that they play as you come onto the field? ie. Marino Rivera – Enter Sandman, Trevor Hoffman – Hells Bells (i think)

Mine would be, Damn it feels good to be a Gangster, you know thats the best, and you can’t steal it. Let me know.

Alright well people will be over in a bit so I’m gonna check out, have a good night. Today’s C-List, songs I listened to while writing today’s blog.

1. Ben Folds – Still Fighting It
2. Dr. Dre – Ain’t Nothing But A G Thang
3. Foo Fighters – All My Life
4. Hootie and the Blowfish – I Will Wait
5. Metallica – Enter Sandman

If I were a major league closer, and an arrogant one at that I would have the song “Closing Time” by Semisonic. Not a song that will get the adrenaline going, but I think it’d be funny.

don’t say that Jen, it was only to protect you really. i don’t like to say peoples names unless i know they want their names all over the internet, this is a popular site after all.

There are many songs that I would love to have playing if I were introduced in a professional sports arena. The issue is that they only play like the first 10 seconds of the song as you run onto the mound. With that in mind, I’d have to do with Ozzy’s “Bark at the Moon”. There are very few songs that have that much energy in the first 10 seconds of the song. Listen to it right now and tell me you wouldn’t get mega pumped if that song was cranked on the PA when you ran on the field.
